My Material Looks Black
Materials in Blender have a limit to the number of nodes they can contain. If, after adding a new layer (Smart Module), your object appears as a solid black color, you have likely exceeded this limit.
Node Limit Reached
When your material turns completely black, it indicates that you've reached the maximum number of nodes allowed in a single material.
To continue adding modules, you can bake the outputs of the previous layer, then using the resulting textures as the starting point for a new material.
